Apollo is an online free lightweight annotation tool designed to make it easy for graphic designers to collaborate and obtain the approval of a client on their proofs. It supports signing off on designs. To use it, you just create an account, upload your first proof for the client to preview, invite the client to your account and you can get started immediately. One click to add notes makes it an extremely intuitive interface that so far we have not discovered clients having any problems with.
